Yes, for any order placed on or after Monday 24th November we will be extending our returns period and you will have until Thursday 15th January to return your item for a refund, credit note or if the item is a ring then you will be able to return the ring for an alternative size of the same design if you wish.
For any orders placed prior to 24th November then our standard returns policy will apply and you will have 14 days from delivery to return your order.
Please note that we are unable to accept back any item that has been personalised, engraved or resized.
