Some of our smaller items are letterbox friendly and can be posted directly through the letterbox without a signature required. However, if you have placed a large order or opted for our special delivery, as our items are of high value, then a signature will be required on delivery. You will receive an email from Royal Mail with your tracking details the morning of delivery so if you aren't able to be in to accept your order, then you can ask Royal Mail to leave your item with a neighbour or in a safe place or re arrange delivery another day.
